Account Manager

Full time, Manchester


Working alongside the Group Account Director and the wider client services team, you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge and proven track record in delivering highly creative solutions for our existing client portfolio and new business prospects.

You’ll be on top of the latest trends across the industry and key sectors that we work in, sharing key insights with the team. 

You will not only be able to confidently contribute to the strategic direction of your accounts, but you will also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. 

You’ll be organised, pro-active and will have the commercial acumen to identify and act on opportunities for client growth. 

You will play a key part in new business, taking a lead role on key pitches and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll work hand in hand with our planning and creative teams to deliver inspiring pitches that maintain our high conversion rates. 

Your role will mean you will be a key part of the wider group client services team, and therefore you will help guide, mentor and develop other team members so they reach their potential.  

Quality and efficiency in delivery are key, so you’ll help direct our multi-disciplinary team, ensuring work is appropriate to ability and briefed effectively, resulting in quality output. 

Financial performance is of course crucial, so you’ll be responsible for meeting business KPI’s, maximising revenue and profit opportunities.
